Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays will be processed on the following business day. After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking information to update with our transportation partner.
Growers & Co. ships to Canada and United States with Fedex.
Typical transit time is between 2-7 business days.

Typical transit time is between 5-10 days, but occasionally items can experience customs delays of several weeks. Tools are not available for international markets. The international shipping costs will be calculated according to weight, sizes and destinations.
International orders may be subjected to taxes or customs duties. Please note that fees associated with purchases come within the responsibility of the customer at all times.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
You may return any unused product for exchange only within 7 days from the time you receive your order. Customer is responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or an error has occurred during your order. Only products in unused condition will be accepted for return and exchange. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment. The refund should appear in your bank account within the following 5-10 business days.
