Shipping & Returns
From Monday to Friday, orders confirmed before 12 p.m. EST are dispatched on that day. Orders confirmed on Saturdays, Sundays or Federal Holidays will be processed on the following business day. After receiving your shipping confirmation email, please allow up to 1 business day for your tracking information to update with our transportation partner.
Growers & Co. ships to Canada and the United States with Fedex. Typical transit time is between 2-7 business days. Orders are shipped on business days, Monday to Friday. Packages are shipped out within 2 business days following the order date. Should the delay be longer, we will reach out to let you know.
For clothing and small accessory orders shipping within Canada, we offer free shipping for orders over $100 and flat rate shipping of $12.99 for all orders under $100. For tool orders shipping within Canada, free shipping does not apply, however we offer flat rate shipping of $29.99 on all tool orders. You may also pick up your order at our Growers & Co. store in Quebec. This option is offered free of charge. Customer service will contact you as soon as your order is ready for pick up.
United States Orders:
For clothing and small accessory orders shipping to the US, we offer free shipping for orders over $150 and flat rate shipping of $24.99 CAD for all orders under $100. For tool orders shipping to the USA, free shipping does not apply, however we offer flat rate shipping of $29.99 CAD on all tool orders.
Typical transit time is between 5-10 business days. Please note that items shipping internationally can occasionally experience custom delays of several weeks. International shipping costs are calculated according to weight, size and destination. International orders may also be subject to taxes or customs duties. Fees associated with purchases are the responsibility of the customer. Tools are not available for international markets.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Customers may return or exchange unused products within 7 days of receiving their order. Only products in unused condition, with the tags still attached, will be accepted for return or exchange. The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs, unless the product is defective or an error has occurred during your order. Returns will be credited to the original method of payment.
